Utulivu Women's Group is entirely run by dedicated volunteers with an assistant from the development coordinator . All the events and activities are coordinated by these volunteers.

Year 2009 saw the volunteers put together a very successful women conference which had  great positive impact to the women. Themed; Women: Overcoming the challenges of 21st Century, the women were well empowered and have moved on to implement powerful messages from powerful speakers to overcome some of the challenges facing them.
